Ameus is an abbreviation for (A-Levels Mentorship for Usuluddin and Syariah) It is a free mentorship program held yearly by returning Islamic Studies undergraduates for students taking Usuluddin and Syariah for their A-Levels.
This year (2020) marks the 7th year AMEUS running. Watch some of the highlights below:
How AMEUS started?
AMEUS was visioned on the ground of Masjid Nabawi, Madinah by a group of then undergraduates, thinking on how they can give back to the community during the summer holidays.
Taking inspiration from a program done that benefitted us all, GPac, which focuses on preparing Madrasah students for their A Levels General Paper, the four guys, Isa, Zulzawaid, Luqman and Mundzir decided to conduct a similar one for Syariah and Usuluddin.

They decided to rope in their friends from other institutions, such as Adi Rusyaidi who eventually gave name to the program AMEUS (pronounced as amuse), and together build a program from scratch.
AMUES received early help from Muhajirin Mosque for their first three years by them providing the space for us to conduct our mentorship sessions. We then moved to Al-Qudwah Academy for the following two years before getting support from An-Nahdhah Mosque and its Youth Wing, Al-Munawwirin, for the following two years. In 2020, AMEUS was organised first time online due to the ongoing pandemic.
